KNF selected as Best HRD Organization

KEPCO NF (KEPCO Nuclear Fuel) (CEO Sang-bong Jeong) acquired the ‘2018 Best HRD (Human Resource Development) Certificate in the Public Sector’ from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Personnel Management on September 20th.

The Best HRD (Human Resource Development) Certification System selects the best organizations, satisfying the government’s requirements in human resource management (including employment, rewards and staffing of competent personnel) and human resource development (including development of competent personnel and career management) through the strict screening procedures, including document examination and field investigations.

This is the second certification for KEPCO NF, following the first certification in 2015. KEPCO NF was recognized for its superiority in the development of a training system and human resource management, particularly including ▲long-term HR development planning, ▲employment focused job competency, ▲the activation of learning clubs to strengthen the professionalism and OJT for the transfer of skills.
