▣ KEPCO Nuclear Fuel (President Jung Chang-Jin) announced on the 12th that it has obtained the 'Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company' certification from Korea Management Registrar.

▣ The Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company certification is a system that certifies organizations that have established win-win and cooperative labor-management relations as well as future-oriented labor-management relations based on mutual respect and trust between labor and management. Selection is based on evaluations of leadership of labor and management representatives, labor-management relations maturity, and performance.

▣ KEPCO Nuclear Fuel received excellent evaluations in areas including ▲ compliance with government guidelines and outstanding institutional management evaluation results ▲ promotion of ESG activities such as joint labor-management social contribution ▲ expansion of generational empathy and new communication channels.

▣ President Jung Chang-Jin stated, “I believe this Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company certification is the fruit of trust and cooperation between labor and management”, adding, “We will continue to strengthen our harmonious labor-management relations through communication”.
