- Selected as a recognized company for 7 consecutive years since the “Community Contribution Recognition Program” was launched in 2019 - Achieved the highest rating for 4 consecutive years ▣ KEPCO Nuclear Fuel (President Jung Chang-Jin) announced on the 25th that it has achieved the highest rating for the fourth consecutive year in the “Community Contribution Recognition Program” jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare, and received the Minister of Health and Welfare Commendation.
▣ The Community Contribution Recognition Program is a system that comprehensively evaluates and recognizes companies and institutions for their participation in community problem-solving and social contribution activities through partnerships with non-profit organizations. KEPCO Nuclear Fuel has been selected as a recognized community contributor for seven consecutive years since the program was launched in 2019.
▣ The company was highly recognized for establishing a systematic and sustainable social contribution organizational culture through ▲ joint volunteer activities and support for vulnerable groups through collaborative projects with “Publico Daejeon”, a consortium of public institutions in the Daejeon region, and the “Community Problem-Solving Platform” of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Social Innovation Center ▲ business-based social contribution activities focused on strengthening community safety nets ▲ environmental management activities for eco-friendliness and carbon neutrality.
