The IBA, called the “business world’s own Oscar Award,” is the world’s premier business awards that measure the business performance, public relations and other categories of corporations. In 2011, the IBA received roughly 3,000 entries from about 50 countries.

Mr. Kim, speaking after receiving the prestigious awards, stressed that “the awards resulted from KEPCO NF’s 30 years of efforts to help build a prosperous world by humans and nature. KEPCO NF, the only nuclear fuel company in Korea, will continue its efforts to promote Korea’s industrial growth, while seeking to become a public energy institution loved by people.”

Company journal, “Nuclear Fuel,” provides a diverse range of information on atomic power, low-ethanol green energy, along with the business and other activities of KEPCO NF, a public institution. The magazine helps to refurbish the corporate image and facilitate communications between the employer and employees. It has played a significant role in building a sound corporate culture.
